Delivery

Delivery is made by courier, anywhere in the country, within 1-4 working days from the moment of order confirmation. The exception are very busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, New Year, Easter, 1-15 September (the beginning of the school year), when the delivery time may change due to the high volume of orders. Orders placed on legal holidays or Fridays will enter the confirmation/preparation/packing/delivery process from the first working day. The parcel will be sent to the address indicated by you at the time of placing the order. Your contact details will be written on the parcel so that the courier can call you on the day of delivery.

It is therefore important that you provide us with a telephone number on the order form where the courier can contact you, as your personal data is protected by both the GDPR and the courier company.

Cost of delivery

The delivery cost for orders with a value of less than 600 lei (including VAT) is 35 lei (including VAT), the products being sent by courier. Orders over 600 lei (including VAT) benefit from free shipping.
