The „30 days right of return” service is valid for both individuals and legal entities that have purchased products from SC ALCOS BIOPROD SRL.

Product return procedure

– The request for the return of products must be made within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package;
– The product(s) must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered (please send the product in the original packaging with all accessories received);
– Products purchased as special packages or with other gift products cannot be returned individually but as a package or together with the gift product;
– If the purchase generates a gift voucher, and it has been used, the return of the products will be made with the value of the voucher deducted;
– Within a maximum of 5 working days from the receipt of the parcel in our warehouse we will refund the amount representing the value of the products returned by you to the specified account, (the money will be returned only by bank transfer);

The cost of transport, in case of return of the product/products, will be borne entirely by SC ALCOS BIOPROD SRL.

Money back:

If the conditions of return are respected, SC ALCOS BIOPROD SRL, undertakes to return the beneficiary the amount paid for the returned product, within 7 days from receipt of the product by the seller.
